Welcome to Gift Sharing Club International!

Gift Sharing Club Cash Gifting is a trust-based program for serious online earners who have the sincere desire to help others. You are either in or out!

I understand that many have been into numerous online programs, even other similar cash gifting programs and failed, or lost money in the process. But I believe with all of my heart that there are still sincere people who have sincere programs.

Our program is called "Cash Gifting". From the term itself, it is the giving of gifts in terms of cash privately to any individual or entity without force or coercion.

In this program, there are no companies involved, no products to sell, no business transactions, and no investments, just purely a private gifting activity. And our gifting program involves a small amount in US currency - $.

     Our program is

Give $10.00 as a gift,
Receive $40.00 as a gift in return

Is Giving Legal?

Yes! It has always been legal to give! Citizens of free countries around the world have a legal and Constitutional right to give property, cash, and other assets of value as established by law. In Gifting, individuals choose to give freely, and cannot lose money because a gift given unconditionally cannot be lost! You can’t lose what you give away! In Gift Sharing Club, we give freely expecting nothing in return from the recipient of the gift, and there are no promises or guarantees! Furthermore, the U.S. gifting law, found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511, states that one or more individuals can give a gift or gifts to another individual of up to $12,000 per calendar year without any tax liability being incurred by the recipient of the gift (see http://www.irs.gov/publications/p950/ar02.html). Since the taxes on the gift have already been paid and the gift is not given in exchange for a product or service, and it’s NOT an investment, these gifts are not required to be reported as gross income of the recipient (See 26 USC § 102).
